How long will it take to receive my canvas?
Production will begin immediately after you place your order. We hand pack each print and it leaves our studio in 5 to 7 business days. Generally you should receive your canvas within 10 days.

I found the perfect canvas design but would love it in another color.
Can it be customized?
Although we don't advertise our ability to customize our canvas colors, we CAN do it! When you checkout, please enter your color requests in the comments section OR email us at sales@tautcanvas.com after you place your order and we can chat about the customization process.

I would like to order a canvas design in a larger or smaller size than it is offered.
Can I do that?
We are able to customize canvas sizes as small as 8" and as large as 96". Please email us at : sales@tautcanvas.com for a price quote on custom sizing.

I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a specific design to match my son's nursery and can't find it. Would you be able to create a CUSTOM canvas design if I sent you a picture of his room?

I just received my canvas and I love it but the colors don't match exactly what was displayed on my computer monitor?
Please note that ALL computer monitors display colors differently. We do our best to represent the printed colors of our canvas designs but we can not guarantee that the colors will be an exact match to what you see on your computer screen.

I live in the Europe, do you ship internationally?
Yes! We have found that the most cost effective way to ship our canvas prints out of the country is to use the united states postal service. We charge a flat fee of $35 per print and delivery can take up to 10 days depending on your location. For expedited shipping rates, please email us.
