Taut Canvas would like you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we will accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

In the unlikely event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition, the goods may be returned with a replacement arranged at no extra cost or a full refund will be given.

As our canvases are made to order, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund if the purchaser has a change of mind. Taut Canvas does not provide refunds or exchanges on personalized pieces. Due to the nature of the product being custom made and personalized, we are unable to exchange, refund, or alter personalized pieces once printed.

Credit and exchanges are valid for a period of 14 days. In all cases please email Taut Canvas within 7 days to customerservice@tautcanvas.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to complete your exchange or refund.
